Our flagship offering combines change consulting with team coaching to lay a foundation for organizational transformation. Through a combination of workshops, coaching, and leadership assessments, teams gain clarity on desired outcomes, develop a roadmap for success, and engage in the leadership conversations to get there.
Executive Coaching

We take a practical approach to executive coaching, blending industry leading techniques with actionable and relevant leadership expertise. This results in individual growth, purposeful action, and sustainable change for the leader and his/her team.
Team / Group Coaching

Our role is to serve as both coach and facilitator. Through artful questioning and group discussion, we harness the collective wisdom that exists within the team to strenghten relationships, deepen trust, and mobilize the strengths of all members.
Facilitation

We design and lead strategy and leadership offsites that maximize creativity, collaboration, and honest communication. We help bring to surface any underlying issues that need attention, and leverage diversity to envision and realize new possibilities.
